Welcome to Chee Yoga—an archive of a beautiful chapter in my journey.
While I’m no longer offering public yoga classes, I’m grateful for the years I spent teaching and practicing in community.
I became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) to help others connect with their breath, body, and mind. My approach blended mindfulness and movement to support students through life’s mental, physical, and emotional challenges.
Though Chee Yoga is now closed, the intention of presence, compassion, and joy lives on in everything I do.
